Thank you for visiting and shopping at ayanamack.co. This holiday season, I'm entirely virtual and participating in a few virtual showcases and pop-ups. I believe that transparency is the best policy - so here's my holiday shipping policy to make sure your gifts arrive by December 25th.
1. Domestic Shipping Policy
Due to the global uncertainty (shipping carriers experiencing operational problems, complications related to COVID-19, etc.), please consider these dates as recommendations rather than rules.
In addition, updates are to be expected based on the newest information from shipping carriers and our partners.
2. Shipment Processing Times by Collection
If you pre-ordered for the holiday collection between October 5th and December 9th, your item(s) would go out for delivery on Saturday, December 12th, 2020. After the pre-order window has closed, any holiday collection items will process within 5-10 business days. USPS will not deliver shipments for the holiday collection on weekends or holidays.
Other Collections: To receive by December 25th, we recommend ordering during the following times:
Journals: Order journals by December 6th for standard shipping or by December 15th for express shipping (expedited fees vary based on location and product).
Greeting Cards: Order greeting cards by November 27th for standard shipping
Reusable Bags: Order greeting cards by November 27th for standard shipping
If we experience a high volume of orders, USPS may delay your shipment by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in your order's shipment, we will contact you via email or telephone.
3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
* Curbside is only available for Holiday Collection items on Saturday, December 12th and Saturday, December 19th in Boston, MA. Subscribe at ayanamack.co for updates on times and location.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Ayanamack.co ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing the status of your order.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Ayanamack.co is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Ayanamack.co is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
4. International Shipping
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
5. Returns Policy
Return & Store Credit
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
We do not issue cash refunds, but we want to know if you're not satisfied with your merchandise. You have 30 calendar days to email firstname.lastname@example.org with a reason for why you're not happy with your purchase for a partial or full store credit.
If you are requested to send us back an item for store credit, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
